This list reflects the standard payment amounts for common traffic violations in the 61st District Court. These amounts are subject to change and may vary based on specific circumstances (such as accidents or construction zones).

For all accidents add $30 to the amount listed. The fine is doubled if you are cited in a construction or school zone. Defaults are subject to a $25 default fee for failing to respond within the timeframes provided. Over 57 days delinquent will be assessed an additional 20%.
